Serve as the in-store face of the brand by delivering exceptional customer service, sharing technical product knowledge, recommending products, supporting store operations (POS transactions, receiving inventory, phone/email/social responses), contributing to merchandising and guest experience initiatives, and maintaining availability for varied shifts including peak holiday periods.

Lead the in-store team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, coach Product Guides, oversee floor operations (experience, product, community, operations, people), manage inventory and merchandising, operate the POS, support sales/labor targets, run opening/closing procedures, and build community partnerships and events.
