Serve as the brand face in-store, sharing technical product knowledge, advising guests, processing transactions, supporting merchandising and store projects, unpacking inventory, and maintaining availability for peak holiday periods. Promote the brand in-store and in the community while demonstrating passion for outdoor activities and continuous development.

Lead the store floor and coach Product Guides to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Oversee operations including inventory, merchandising, sales targets, labor, opening/closing, community events, and POS transactions. Support Store and Assistant Managers, enforce safety guidelines, and participate in hiring-season availability requirements.

Lead the store floor team to deliver a world-class guest experience. Coach Product Guides, manage inventory and merchandising, oversee opening/closing and daily operations, support sales targets, labor and budget management, build community partnerships, handle POS transactions and guest communications, and champion company vision and safety standards.
