Oversee operations including inventory, merchandising, sales targets, labor, opening/closing, community events, and POS transactions. Support Store and Assistant Managers, enforce safety guidelines, and participate in hiring-season availability requirements.

Coach Product Guides, manage inventory and merchandising, oversee opening/closing and daily operations, support sales targets, labor and budget management, build community partnerships, handle POS transactions and guest communications, and champion company vision and safety standards.
