Lead and manage port and marine projects end-to-end: planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk mitigation, stakeholder coordination, team leadership, compliance, H&S, and reporting to senior management to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Lead pursuit and delivery of multi-year, high-profile multi-country mobility projects across Canada. Develop execution strategies, manage senior stakeholder relationships, ensure commercial viability, lead and develop senior specialist teams, negotiate major contracts, and drive cross-organizational efficiencies and performance improvements.

Lead delivery of rail and transit design projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget, safe, and high-quality outcomes. Manage client relationships, project programs, finances, resources, suppliers and sub-consultants. Provide technical leadership and direction to multidisciplinary teams, drive process improvements, and ensure contractual and commercial responsibilities are met.
