Drive installation strategy and productivity for AGS products: develop installation procedures and BKMs, align certification templates, lead data-driven CE productivity improvements, implement digital tools and AI for predictive planning and quality, participate in build & test, support CAPA and field issue resolution, and collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality & Reliability to reduce install complexity and improve installation quality.

Provide technical support for complex equipment issues, collaborating with teams to resolve escalations, enhance products, and develop troubleshooting tools while coaching less experienced colleagues.
