Manage payroll accounting for ADI-EMEA Streamline payrolls including GL journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close, fringe accounting, payroll cash forecasting, and support international payroll with ad hoc reporting and audits.

Perform weekly and monthly balance sheet and cash reconciliations, execute month/quarter/year-end closings, prepare variance analyses and cash flow forecasts, manage intercompany settlements, assist auditors, ensure compliance with local government reporting, and support process improvement projects.

Develop RTL for digital blocks, perform lint/CDC analysis and DFT support, assist in writing functional tests and simple UVM components, collaborate on verification and coverage closure, support AMS co-simulation and mixed-signal integration, and work with physical design on synthesis and timing.
