Teams at American Iron & Metal (AIM)

A six-month, field-based management development program preparing participants to lead automotive recycling branches. Trainees rotate through call center, dispatch, vehicle purchasing and sales, marketing, customer service, operations, safety, training, and incident investigation. They gain hands-on experience managing yard and depollution operations, retail activities, vehicle transactions, employee coaching, documentation, compliance, and workplace safety while working across Quebec locations.

This six-month development program prepares future frontline managers through rotations across customer service, vehicle purchasing and sales, dispatch, marketing, retail operations, systems, training, and health and safety. Participants work directly with frontline employees, develop coaching and mentoring skills, support incident investigations, and learn branch operations including vehicle depollution and yard management. Graduates will lead branch operations, retail sales, vehicle transactions, employee support, customer service, compliance, and operational excellence.
