Prepares quantity take-offs, conceptual and detailed construction cost estimates, cost plans, budgets, cash-flow forecasts, tender documents, and project cost reports. Reviews bids, payment applications, change orders, and contract variations while identifying cost risks and supporting value engineering. Collaborates with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle, providing commercial and cost-management advice and ensuring compliance with contractual and industry standards.

The Cost Consultant will review project documentation, track budgets and costs, forecast completion costs, and provide reporting until project completion. Responsibilities include site visits, budget management, risk analysis, and contract reviews.
