Develop and train large-scale multimodal foundation models (vision and language) that fuse imaging with molecular data, build scalable distributed ML pipelines for petabyte-scale datasets, and collaborate with experimental scientists and engineers to productionize models and systems.

Provide corporate and licensing legal support for transactions, including drafting and negotiating agreements, supporting diligence and M&A, advising on contractual risk and compliance, managing outside counsel, and partnering with business teams under the General Counsel in a fast-paced life sciences startup.

Lead design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end laboratory automation workflows (imaging, NGS prep, cell culture, mRNA production). Program and maintain liquid-handling platforms and scheduling software, integrate instruments with LIMS and AI pipelines, evaluate and deploy automation hardware, train users, manage vendor relationships, and develop governance, version control, and lifecycle plans for production automation.
