Coordinates Learning & Development programs, including training registrations, scheduling, attendance, records, reporting, digital content maintenance, and learning communications. Supports LMS, SharePoint, and other learning platforms; develops and localizes eLearning materials using Articulate 360; administers the employee recognition program; coordinates vendors and translations; and maintains accessible, current learning resources while supporting a positive employee learning experience.

Owns configuration, support, reporting, integrations, and continuous improvement across Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Payroll, and enterprise reporting. Partners with Finance, Accounting, Payroll, and HRIS to resolve complex issues, maintain controls, reconcile data, lead testing and releases, support financial processes, and deliver scalable solutions. Leads enhancements, requirements workshops, documentation, governance, and stakeholder communications while mentoring other analysts.

Develops B2B and internal marketing campaigns across email, social media, advertising, blogs, video, podcasts, and web content. Produces and edits multimedia content, coordinates projects and vendors, supports social media and SEO/AIO strategies, translates scientific information for broader audiences, maintains brand consistency, and contributes to marketing reports. The role requires bilingual French and English communication and is 90% remote, with occasional office attendance in Quebec for shoots and in-person activities.
