Provide technical support as the main contact for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting user requests in a corporate environment, including managing Active Directory and maintaining network and server operations.

Provide HR support to employees and managers across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, disability management, workforce planning, HR communications, and HR administrative duties. Assist with investigations, performance management, payroll/invoice processing, HR SharePoint content, and regional HR policy implementation in English and French.

Lead talent acquisition across Canada: develop employer brand and EVP, source diverse candidates via ATS and social media, manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, report recruiting metrics, optimize processes, represent ALS at events, and support HR projects.
