Teams at AlphaSense

Support the Financial Data product by translating roadmap goals into engineering requirements, creating mockups and business logic, querying PostgreSQL/Snowflake/Athena for data insights, performing data validation and QA, documenting product features, coordinating cross-team prioritization, and contributing to release communications.

Serve as first-line customer and product support: troubleshoot and resolve inquiries via email/chat/calls, escalate and liaise with Product, Engineering and SRE, drive documentation and training, and champion product improvements and feature feedback to maximize user engagement.

Update, build, and improve three-statement financial models for public companies; develop sector expertise and modeling standards; document best practices; support analysts, client service, training, and ad-hoc company research.
