Provides strategic legal counsel to insurance business units on product development, rate filings, distribution, regulatory compliance, market conduct, technology initiatives, intellectual property, marketing, and advertising. Conducts complex legal research, advises on regulatory changes, supports inquiries, liaises with regulators, and participates in industry associations. Requires Canadian legal qualifications, provincial bar membership, and at least five years of insurance or corporate law experience.

Manage and settle auto insurance claims from a home-based position: investigate vehicle value, review documents, determine coverage and liability, coordinate with customers, repair suppliers and other insurers, meet departmental KPIs, and provide prompt, equitable resolution with excellent bilingual customer service.
