Manage glazing projects (curtain walls, sunshades, skylights) from planning to completion: coordinate site installations, subcontractors, procurement and fabrication, monitor costs and schedules, ensure project profitability, review plans and approvals, take site measurements, run meetings, and prepare project closeout documents.

Develop and maintain production capacity and master schedules for Unicel Architectural. Coordinate priorities, balance workloads, manage BOMs, forecast materials/labor/machine needs, track KPIs, plan shipments, support process improvement (Lean/5S), and communicate status to supervisors to prevent delays and optimize resource use.

Assemble framing and sealed glass components on a production line, follow safety procedures, ensure product quality, meet daily production targets, and perform varied tasks. French language required; forklift/overhead crane/pallet jack certifications are assets. On-site day shift (7:00–15:30).
