Lead change management for a strategic technology transformation migrating Atlassian Data Center platforms to Atlassian Cloud. Define adoption strategies, assess organizational impacts and stakeholder risks, develop communication and training plans, advise sponsors and project leaders, measure adoption and benefits realization, mitigate resistance, facilitate workshops, and present recommendations to governance committees and senior leadership.

Leads QA strategy and testing initiatives for Salesforce programs. Designs and executes functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, manages defects, supports UAT, contributes to test automation, and improves QA governance. Collaborates with analysts, developers, product owners, program leads, and business users to ensure reliable delivery and user adoption.

Provide application support and operational maintenance for a critical SaaS card-payment platform. Coordinate incident resolution and RCA with internal teams and vendors, monitor availability and performance using logging and observability tools, define SLI/SLOs, document runbooks, automate repetitive tasks, and analyze payment flow impacts (real-time and batch).
