Fournir un soutien administratif et organisationnel à l’équipe de direction, notamment la gestion des calendriers, réunions, ordres du jour, comptes rendus, suivis et déplacements. Servir de point de contact avec les parties prenantes, gérer les fournitures de bureau pour les bureaux canadiens et entretenir les relations avec les fournisseurs. Le poste exige une expérience en soutien exécutif, une approche proactive, une grande attention aux détails et un anglais avancé.

Manage existing customer relationships, renewals, negotiations, escalations, and retention strategies. Use consultative selling and negotiation to understand customer needs, demonstrate solution value, and recommend tailored offerings. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue and engagement while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role requires bilingual French and English communication, account development and management experience, CRM proficiency, and a demonstrated record of customer retention success.

Support quality by performing manual and automated testing, creating and maintaining test cases/scripts, validating APIs and integrations, tracking defects, and contributing to CI/CD test automation efforts while collaborating with developers and product teams.
