Lead customer-facing software implementation projects, including discovery, requirements gathering, workflow design, platform configuration, reporting, testing, and user training. Advise customers, manage complex engagement components, deliver consulting recommendations, identify additional services opportunities, and coach Implementation Specialists. The role requires English and French fluency, customer leadership communication, project multitasking, travel, occasional weekend work, and hybrid attendance in Greater Montreal.

Assist with designing, coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining full-stack software features for home healthcare intake and marketplace products. Use GenAI tools, write automated tests, investigate bugs, participate in code reviews and pair programming, and learn CI/CD, Docker, containerization, and monitoring practices while collaborating with technical and non-technical teammates.

Develop complex iOS applications as part of a feature team, spending most of the time coding. Responsibilities include technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, architecture and component reuse, production monitoring, automated testing, roadmap contributions, product collaboration, and support rotation. The role requires deep iOS experience, enterprise application expertise, strong communication, technical decision-making, and bilingual French-English proficiency. Kotlin Multiplatform and test automation experience are preferred.
