Develop and ship features as part of the Revenue Cycle Management team: design, code, test, and debug software (~70% coding). Participate in code reviews, monitor production, join on-call rotation, collaborate with Product, contribute to roadmap and technical initiatives, and implement end-to-end automated tests to ensure quality.

Build and scale a strategic procurement function: develop policies, run RFPs, select and negotiate with suppliers, manage vendor relationships and contracts, monitor procurement metrics, identify cost savings, and partner with Finance. Drive process improvements, supplier performance, and adoption of AI tools to improve procurement efficiency.

The Manager of Software Development will lead a team responsible for software engineering in EVV, ensuring the reliability and compliance of care delivery systems while driving planning and cross-functional collaboration.
