Lead commercialization and go-to-market strategy for the US Home Care market. Develop positioning, messaging, value propositions, competitive differentiation, customer insights, sales enablement, and product launch strategies. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Education Services to improve win rates, contract value, adoption, expansion, and retention. Apply AI tools responsibly to improve work quality and efficiency.

Leads technical design and hands-on development of customer integrations, connector automations, custom exports, workflow flows, and file-based interfaces. Owns data accuracy and auditability, mentors developers across teams, guides complex cross-functional projects, and represents Engineering in customer discussions. Identifies repetitive customer-specific work for productization and automation, adopts AI engineering tooling, and feeds field insights into Product and Solution Architecture.
