Generate and qualify aviation-sector leads, manage customer relationships and inquiries, communicate product information, facilitate sales, and support revenue targets. Analyze market and customer trends, maintain accurate sales records, provide feedback to sales and internal teams, and contribute to continuous improvement and streamlined order handling. The role collaborates across departments to ensure timely customer delivery and identify new business opportunities.

Track and manage shop-floor discrepancies and non-conformities (NCR/CAPA), document and close files, support root-cause analysis and corrective actions, verify regulatory compliance (Transport Canada/FAA/EASA), produce production and compliance metrics, assist technicians with documentation and procedures, and support health, safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide strategic executive support to the President and leadership team by managing calendars, coordinating leadership and Board governance, producing executive presentations and performance dashboards, tracking strategic initiatives, and ensuring rigorous follow-up on decisions and deliverables. Serve as a trusted liaison, translate complex data into clear reports, and maintain confidentiality while driving operational cadence.
