Leads human resources activities across the Saint-Laurent and Ottawa sites, serving as a strategic partner and coach to leadership teams. Oversees labour relations, collective agreement interpretation, organizational development, workforce planning, succession planning, employee engagement, change management, performance management, and return-to-work support. Supervises and develops Human Capital Business Partners while implementing strategic human capital initiatives and collaborating with specialized HR teams.
