Lead all plant manufacturing and sanitation operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and service targets. Manage supervisors, drive continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma), enforce food safety and regulatory compliance, optimize resources, and develop leadership and succession plans to improve productivity and operational excellence.

Manage the development, implementation, and monitoring of major mechanical, process, building and utilities investment projects. Prepare investment requests, manage tenders and contractors, plan and supervise installations, lead technical teams, coordinate with plant operations, recommend optimizations, and support plant selection for new product manufacturing.

The Automation Engineer maintains, designs, and optimizes automated systems, ensuring production efficiency and compliance with standards in a dairy environment.
