Grow assigned customer accounts by increasing revenue, margins, order sizes, and transactions. Acquire new customers, convert competitive purchases, conduct outbound prospecting calls, and maintain ongoing account communications. Build strong customer relationships, update CRM records, educate customers on products and industry developments, explain product benefits, and promote ADI services across in-store, phone, and online channels. The role requires French-English bilingual proficiency, sales accountability, communication skills, and basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
