Teams at adaption

The Growth Lead will drive user adoption, coordinate partnerships, run experiments for growth, and collaborate with marketing to enhance product use.

The role involves solving customer problems by building ML solutions, engaging with various stakeholders, and taking ownership of the outcome through deployment.

Own and execute Adaption's content engine: define narratives, produce GTM materials (decks, one-pagers, case studies), manage blog/email/social, run paid social, support SEO, and use performance data to optimize content and drive pipeline.
