Prepare competitive bids, estimates, and quotations by collecting technical and cost inputs; create well-documented tenders; manage technical, financial, and project aspects of proposals; coordinate stakeholders, respond to RFIs/RFQs, and maintain opportunities in Salesforce; ensure timely delivery and positive customer relationships.
