Design, implement, and optimize Unreal Engine 5 systems and tools for a AAA BioShock title. Develop low-level engine features (streaming, serialization), integrate Epic updates, research performance optimizations, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure technical quality and shipping requirements.

Design and implement player-centric gameplay systems in Unreal Engine 5 using C/C++. Collaborate with design, art, animation, and audio teams, identify and mitigate technical risks, ensure code quality, and debug complex systems for current consoles to realize creative goals.

The Lead Engineer will mentor a team in game development, ensure stable deliveries, analyze performance, and implement optimizations using expertise in programming and leadership.
