Implement CDC and near-real-time ingestion, ensure data quality, governance, and tenant isolation. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps to deliver reliable, performant pipelines; mentor teammates and shape the data platform roadmap to power client-facing and analytics capabilities.
