Unload and receive merchandise, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, verify counts and inspect damaged shipments, record discrepancies, pack and label shipments, ensure export/customs formalities, load trucks, return alterations and supplies to departments, maintain housekeeping and follow health and safety policies.

Provide outstanding customer service and drive sales through building and maintaining a loyal client base, attending trainings, merchandising, using Holt Renfrew 360 and social media to engage clients, and meeting/exceeding sales targets. Handle customer concerns, follow health, safety, privacy and cybersecurity policies, and perform store tasks that support sales and visual presentation.
