Translates qualitative and quantitative findings into recommendations, behavioral frameworks, operating models, and scalable organizational change. Establishes roadmaps, objectives, success measures, milestones, and risk reporting while facilitating cross-functional initiatives across People, Technology, Communications, and Operations.

Own go-to-market readiness for product launches, pricing and packaging changes, migrations, and other commercial initiatives. Translate product decisions into operational requirements, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, validate end-to-end customer and seller workflows, manage launch risks, and improve readiness processes through reusable frameworks and automation.
