Supports pharmaceutical patient and provider programs by maintaining caseworker assignments, monitoring protocol adherence, documenting case files, ensuring database accuracy, coordinating client communications, reporting adverse events, identifying training and process needs, and backing up the program manager. Participates in hiring, staff training, client consultations, project maintenance, and reporting while ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and regulatory procedures are followed.
