Own and optimize top-of-funnel revenue operations processes, including lead routing, lifecycle management, workflow automation, attribution tracking, funnel analysis, and Salesforce-related tooling. Partner with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Business Systems, and other stakeholders to improve data quality, speed-to-lead, process scalability, and team enablement.

Owns go-to-market strategy and execution for a product line or segment, including rollout planning, field enablement, playbook development, adoption tracking, and performance analysis. Translates product and pricing inputs into practical commercial plans, collaborates with Product, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Revenue Operations, and identifies launch risks and improvement opportunities through customer and field feedback.

Own and evolve Affirm's first‑party collections program across agent, digital, and AI channels. Develop strategy, manage BPOs and vendors, monitor portfolio performance, roll out AI and digital servicing, and partner cross‑functionally to improve recoveries, customer outcomes, and operational efficiency.
