Build and scale first-line risk control performance monitoring for financial products. Develop metrics, key risk indicators, statistical baselines, thresholds, automated workflows, and reusable analytical modules. Partner with risk, compliance, product, and engineering teams to improve governance, identify monitoring gaps, evaluate control effectiveness, and support decisions. Lead ambiguous initiatives from definition through adoption while communicating findings, limitations, and recommendations to technical and executive stakeholders.

Graduate research interns will own end-to-end projects developing customer world models and proactive intelligence. Work spans representation learning, foundation models, reinforcement learning, agentic decision systems, and evaluation. Tasks include designing methods, running experiments, publishing findings, and potentially shipping models into production to impact customer-facing products.

Build and deploy agentic and generative AI copilot and autopilot systems for risk and compliance automation. Own end-to-end ML systems, including data integrations, prompt tuning, orchestration, evaluation, productionization, monitoring, and transformer-based model development. Collaborate with product, engineering, platform, and operations teams to improve fraud detection and analyst productivity. Drive strategic roadmaps and cross-functional programs with significant business impact.
