We are seeking a highly skilled Yardi Expert / Specialist to lead the optimization and management of our Yardi property management platform. This is a critical role that sits at the intersection of technology, finance, and property operations, ensuring that every module, report, and workflow is delivering maximum value to the organization. The ideal candidate will not only maintain and troubleshoot the system but also drive process improvements, develop reporting insights, and empower staff to leverage Yardi effectively. You will be responsible for shaping how the platform supports leasing, property management, accounting, and reporting across the portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong operational mindset, someone capable of translating system capabilities into actionable results that enhance efficiency and drive better decision-making throughout the company.

• Serve as the primary Yardi administrator, overseeing system configuration, security roles, module implementation, and third-party integrations.

• Develop, document, and enforce best practices and SOPs to standardize usage across all teams.

• Maintain data integrity and accuracy, performing audits, data validation, and cleansing to ensure reliable reporting.

• Build, maintain, and optimize custom reports and dashboards to support operational, leasing, and financial decision-making.

• Provide ongoing training and support to users at all levels, helping staff fully leverage the platform.

• Troubleshoot system issues, escalate as necessary, and liaise with Yardi support or third-party vendors.

• Partner with Finance, Property Management, and IT to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.

• Lead or contribute to system upgrades, module expansions, and cross-functional projects involving Yardi.

• Act as a subject-matter expert, keeping the company informed on new features, best practices, and emerging trends within the Yardi ecosystem.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager or equivalent property management modules.

• Strong understanding of real estate operations, property management workflows, and accounting processes.

• Skilled in reporting, dashboards, and data analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Demonstrated experience in training and supporting users across multiple departments.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

• Yardi certifications or experience leading system implementations is a plus.

• $115,000 annually.
