The XM Institute creates straightforward, compelling thought leadership and training that inspires business leaders about experience management (XM) possibilities and helps them get real value from their programs. This role supports those efforts by producing data-driven reports, supporting research, and coordinating projects that make XM concepts accessible and actionable. You’ll work closely with XM program leaders and teams across Qualtrics to drive content that helps organizations adopt proven XM practices and succeed.

  • Build skills in supporting research through interviewing, editing, and content creation.

  • Deepen your understanding of experience management and how it drives business outcomes.
Things You’ll Do
  • Publish data reports: collect and analyze data using the Qualtrics platform, produce visualizations, write reports, and help publish them.
  • Support XM Catalyst research through background research, scheduling interviews, and assisting with analysis, editing, and graphics.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects to market XM Institute content and manage digital content initiatives.
  • Track thought leadership in the XM industry and conduct topical research to keep our materials relevant.
  • Provide broad support to the XM Institute team across various projects and tasks.
  • Help create XM guidebooks and adapt content from XM Institute thought leadership for use across different experiences.
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
  • A B.A./B.S. with a strong academic record (major is not important).
  • Experience or activities demonstrating leadership.
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and the Qualtrics platform.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
