Be the heart of our office operations!

Do you have a knack for organization, love making sure things run smoothly, and are known for creating a positive atmosphere around you? This role is for you. Coveo is looking for a Workplace Experience & Operations Coordinator for our Montreal office. Your mission? To be at the heart of the office experience.

You will be the first person our colleagues and visitors meet when they arrive, and the one we trust to ensure everything runs smoothly on a daily basis. But your role goes far beyond logistics: you will play a key role in the atmosphere, culture, and energy that make our work environment vibrant and engaging!

Here’s what your daily routine will look like:
  • You will be the first point of contact at the reception: creating a warm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
  • You will ensure the smooth running of office operations: snacks, supplies, equipment... nothing will slip through the cracks.
  • You will manage mail, package reception, and internal communications related to office life.
  • You will coordinate with vendors, technicians, and other partners to maintain an optimal environment.
You are the ideal candidate if you have:
  • Experience in office coordination, administration, or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • A proactive mindset: anticipating needs before they are even expressed.
  • Clear communication, great adaptability, and a contagious positive attitude.
What will make your application shine:
  • Experience in a dynamic and constantly evolving work environment.
  • A real passion for creating positive experiences and an engaging workspace.
  • Autonomy, teamwork, and a desire to actively contribute to Coveo's culture.
  • A service-oriented approach and a genuine enjoyment of helping others, day in and day out.

Do you think you can bring this role to life? Or add your own color? You don’t need to check every single box; passion goes a long way and we appreciate that skillsets are transferable.

Send us your application, we want to hear from you!
