A typical day can include:

• Become a hands-on subject matter expert in the Workday product suite, broadening your experience and skillset within Human Capital Management.
• Understand customer requirements to convert worker data for the Workday solution, with support from consultants on your team
• Develop strong and trusting relationships with other members of the project team
• Understand and apply Workday and Strada methodologies
• Contribute to Strada’s financial performance by delivering excellence and managing your work on several concurrent projects

You bring knowledge and expertise:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear and articulate oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work and learn independently as well as on a team
• Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies
• Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
• Accept and adapt to change, and understand that change is constant and necessary to consistently excel
• Desire to grow your career as a consultant
• English Advanced
• Experience with MS Office Suite programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Experience with SQL favourable

Education and experience:

Bachelor’s degree and/or candidates who are in their final academic year
