As a Windows middleware system administrator, you contribute to projects and maintain our infrastructures by supporting and assisting IT system clients and partners. As part of IT application projects, you install, configure and ensure compliance with Desjardins standards and best practices. During projects, you’re also responsible for solving problems, managing service requests and managing computer and technological incidents. You help keep IT equipment up and running and administer servers. You play a leadership role with our business partners. Communication is an essential skill. More specifically, you will be required to :

Manage and monitor projects from end to end, up to the transition to operations

Participate and collaborate in rollouts

Draft, update and enhance documents

Propose and participate in security best practices

Help advance the field

Design and help with solutions that embody the Infrastructure as Code philosophy

Design and adapt automations as part of a continuous delivery approach

Bachelor's degree in a related field

A minimum of four years of relevant experience

Knowledge of French is required

Proficiency with Windows operating systems
