We’re looking for a Web Graphic Designer with strong conceptual thinking and an eye for beautiful, functional design. You’ll create visual assets that span the digital spectrum, from high-impact campaign graphics and animations to refined UI/UX flows and branded web experiences. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, product, and development teams to bring ideas to life with clarity, consistency, and creative precision.

We need a strategic designer who thrives in a fast-paced, ideas-driven environment, someone who can take ownership from concept through delivery, and elevate every touchpoint of the brand experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Design engaging digital assets, including:
    • Social media campaigns
    • Emailers and newsletters
    • Brand presentations
    • Web and landing pages
    • UI/UX flows and platform screens
  • Develop and pitch visual concepts in response to internal briefs and marketing objectives
  • Deliver design support across day-to-day business needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and dev teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Ensure all work aligns with ThinkMarkets’ brand guidelines and standards
  • Organize and manage design assets
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, UI/UX best practices, and design innovation

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in digital and graphic design
  • A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional design thinking, UI/UX capability, and strong visual craft
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and familiarity with Zeplin, Jira, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience designing for digital platforms: responsive web, mobile, and email
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
  • A proactive, collaborative spirit with the ability to take initiative and own outcomes
