- Develop and execute a unified supply strategy that integrates ad server, programmatic exchange and monetization capabilities
- Consistently deliver high-quality results, turning strategic vision into action with a focus on efficiency and beating deadlines
- Collaborate with FreeWheel's senior leadership to align supply revenue strategy with overall business goals and long-range plan
- Ensure optimal alignment with FreeWheel's VP of US Revenue, Demand, VP of Programmatic operations
- Drive growth by identifying new revenue opportunities and optimizing existing business
- Distill complex narratives and market dynamics into strategic and actionable growth plans
- Elevate FreeWheel's visibility through thought leadership and industry relationships with decision-makers
Sales and Revenue Management
- Lead and manage the US Revenue sales team, ensuring partnership with FreeWheel's existing Demand & Programmatic operations team and initiatives
- Oversee the development and execution of vertical sales strategies to maximize growth from content distributors including Publishers, Broadcasters, MPVDs, OEMs, Streaming platforms, and new customer segments
- Lead negotiation and execution of large scale, multi-year enterprise agreements.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights to drive execution and product adoption
- Drive adoption and monetization of FW's full platform, including ad server, SSP, and data enabled solutions.
Team Leadership
- Manage a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentorship, clarity of role and support to achieve team and individual goals
- Foster collaboration and education across a cross-functional group of sales leaders and account owners, aligning incentives and value proposition
- Establish and drive verticalized and segment-based growth strategies across key supply categories
- Ensure the team is fully staffed with top talent by overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and development processes
- Foster a results-driven culture, promoting professional growth and development within the team
Client and Partnership Management
- Partner closely with Demand, Product, Marketing, Operations, and New Business team to ensure alignment across go to market, roadmap, and client delivery.

- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support, addressing escalations and issues promptly and effectively
