This is a remote position.

We are looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant to join our team in a part-time role. You will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including handling inbound calls, maintaining CRM systems, managing inventory, and supporting social media activities. If you have experience in the SPA industry, that’s a big plus!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage all incoming calls with professionalism.
  • Ensure that the CRM system is consistently updated with client and inventory information.
  • Track and manage inventory, ensuring orders are placed on time.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all orders and supplies.
  • Assist in scheduling and posting content on social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Schedule posts and updates directly through the CRM system.
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and experience in keeping them up to date.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and content scheduling.
  • Experience in the SPA or wellness industry is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
