What We Do:

Huntress is a fully remote, global team of passionate experts and ethical badasses on a mission to break down the barriers to cybersecurity. Whether creating purpose-built security solutions, hunting down hackers, or impacting our community, our people go above and beyond to change the security game and make a real difference.

Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress protects all businesses—not just the 1%—with enterprise-grade, fully owned, and managed cybersecurity products at the price of an affordable SaaS application. The Huntress difference is our One Team advantage: our technology is designed with our industry-defining Security Operations Center (SOC) in mind and is never separated from our service.

We protect 3M+ endpoints and 1M+ identities worldwide, elevating underresourced IT teams with protection that works as hard as they do. As long as hackers keep hacking, Huntress keeps hunting.

What You’ll Do:

As VP of Marketing Operations at Huntress, you will serve as a strategic and operational leader for the marketing function, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. Your primary mandate is to architect and drive a high-performing, data-driven marketing engine that supports scalable growth and expansion. This role balances systems and process leadership with cross-functional collaboration, program orchestration, and budget governance. You will lead and optimize Huntress' marketing operations infrastructure, drive clarity around priorities, and ensure flawless execution across the marketing organization.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Team Building

  • Establish the vision, roadmap, and structure for a best-in-class marketing operations function to scale Huntress from $150M ARR to $500M ARR and beyond.
  • Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing Marketing Ops team, including assessing current roles and evolving team structure as needed.
  • Build trusted relationships across the marketing leadership team, sales, RevOps, Finance, and executive stakeholders.

Marketing Systems & Infrastructure

  • Own the evaluation and optimization of Huntress' marketing technology stack (currently Hubspot) and lead the decision-making and transition process if a migration to Marketo or another platform is required.
  • Oversee marketing automation, lead management, segmentation, data enrichment, and systems integrations.
  • Collaborate with IT, RevOps, and Sales to ensure seamless end-to-end lead flow and data integrity.

Program & Project Management

  • Lead operational planning cadences, campaign prioritization, and cross-functional orchestration.
  • Develop scalable campaign intake and project workflows to ensure visibility, accountability, and executional excellence.
  • Serve as the operational connective tissue between marketing and SDRS/sales, especially during integrated campaign cycles and product launches.

Budget Management & Vendor Oversight

  • Partner with the CMO to manage and optimize the marketing budget aligned to the AOP including product, region and segment investments.
  • Own and enable the team on marketing processes related to PO/invoice tracking and vendor evaluation.

Marketing Data & Performance

  • Ensure marketing metrics and performance reporting are clearly defined, accessible, and actionable across the team.
  • Act as marketing data steward, partnering with the centralized analytics team to align on KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadence.
  • Instill a data-driven culture within the marketing org by enabling visibility into performance at all levels.

Cross-functional Alignment & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations to ensure alignment on funnel management, attribution, lead SLAs, and GTM operational design.
  • Partner with Sales and Finance on annual planning AOP cycle for defining marketing contribution and KPIs for pipeline generation.
  • Work closely with the Director, Demand Integration, who manages the lead and systems for the SDR and sales org within the RevOps team to ensure seamless integration into Marketing Ops.
  • Translate strategic priorities into tactical execution with clear DACI processes, documentation, and communication.

What You Bring To The Team:

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or go-to-market operations in B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success leading marketing operations at a high-growth company, ideally supporting a demand-forward marketing team.
  • Deep knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRMs, demand and intent marketing technologies, and campaign/project management tools.
  • Proven success guiding cross-functional teams through change management, systems migration, and operational maturity.
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and organizational skills with a bias for clarity and action.
  • Experience building team culture and operational rhythms in hybrid or distributed environments.

What We Offer:

  • 100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
  • Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
  • 401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
  • Life and Disability insurance plans
  • Stock options for all full-time employees
  • One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
  • Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
  • $75 USD/month digital reimbursement
  • Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth

We do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, genetic information, marital status, or any other legally protected status.
