About the role
- As a UX Researcher II, you are developing your craft and are ready to take on more ownership of the research process. You will conduct research on significant product features, translating user needs and mental models into insights that directly shape our AI-driven products.
What You'll Do:
- Independently plan and execute research studies with a variety of methods (qualitative and quantitative) for key product features.
- Own the end-to-end research process, from defining goals and methodology to synthesizing findings and presenting them to your product team.
- Focus on research questions specific to AI, such as user trust in algorithms, comprehension of AI-driven decisions, and the experience of personalization.
- Collaborate closely with your cross-functional team (design, product, and engineering), ensuring insights are understood and actioned upon.
- Effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-4 years of UX research experience.
- A portfolio that showcases your ability to plan, execute, and land the impact of your research on shipped products.
- Experience with a range of research methodologies and the ability to choose the right method for the right question.
- Growing autonomy and the ability to manage your project timelines and priorities.
