Job Description

What your weeks will look like

  • Design a mobile user experience in a cross-platform development context;
  • Define and structure robust, scalable user journeys;
  • Establish the project’s UX direction in alignment with the creative vision, design objectives, and technical constraints;
  • Collaborate closely with the external partner to align UX decisions and ensure strategic consistency;
  • Work closely with the Product, UI, UI Tech, and Programming teams to design and deliver an optimal user experience;
  • Validate and iterate on user flows directly within the Unreal Engine to evaluate the real interactive experience;
  • Share mobile UX best practices with the entire team and act as a reference for mobile usability;
  • Present UX recommendations to the project team and partners.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Ergonomics, Graphic Design, Cognitive Psychology, or another relevant field combined with equivalent experience;
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in UX design, including creating user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UX documentation;
  • Strong experience in the video game industry, particularly on mobile projects;
  • Proficiency with Figma;
  • Excellent command of both French and English (spoken and written). English skills are required to perform the job, as we collaborate with English-speaking partners;
  • Available for international travel when required;
  • Portfolio and/or demo required.
