We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Travel Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support in managing travel arrangements for clients. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in GDS systems such as Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, and Travelport and capable of handling a wide range of travel-related tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and Manage Travel Bookings: Use Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, and Travelport to handle bookings for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services.
- Provide Administrative Support: Assist with itinerary planning, travel confirmations, and handling client inquiries.
- Offer Client Assistance and Troubleshooting: Proactively resolve travel-related issues and manage changes or cancellations promptly.
- Stay Updated with Travel Policies and Guidelines: Ensure all bookings comply with current travel policies and client requirements.
- Maintain Client Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of reservations, changes, and travel preferences.
- Research and Provide Travel Recommendations: Suggest suitable travel options based on client preferences and budget.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant or Travel Agent with proficiency in Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, and Travelport.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and handle client requests efficiently.
- Familiarity with travel regulations and fare structures.
