Tâches fondamentales du poste :

  • Fournir une assistance technique spécialisée dans les services d’infrastructure, en répondant à des questions et à des demandes complexes.
  • Aider à la mise en œuvre de projets et d’initiatives en matière d’infrastructure, en exécutant les tâches qui lui sont confiées.
  • Contrôler et dépanner en permanence les systèmes d’infrastructure, afin d’en garantir les performances optimales.
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe pour améliorer l’efficacité de l’infrastructure et résoudre les problèmes techniques.
  • Participer à l’élaboration de la documentation relative à l’infrastructure, y compris les rapports d’incidents et les détails de configuration.
  • Appliquer des connaissances techniques approfondies pour résoudre des problèmes complexes liés à l’infrastructure.
  • Suivre les meilleures pratiques et normes établies en matière de fourniture de services d’infrastructure.
  • Faire preuve d’esprit critique et de compétences techniques pour trouver des solutions aux problèmes d’infrastructure.

Qualifications de base :

  • Baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent ou combinaison équivalente d’études et d’expérience
  • De préférence 5 ans ou plus d’expérience professionnelle pertinente dans l’industrie, avec un minimum de 2 ans dans une fonction similaire
  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion des technologies d’analyse
  • Compétences en matière d’analyse de données et de résolution de problèmes
  • Une personne qui apprend en permanence et qui se tient au courant des connaissances et des technologies de l’industrie
  • Une expérience antérieure dans le domaine de la technologie DXC est un atout

Autres qualifications :

  • Un diplôme d’études supérieures dans un domaine pertinent est un atout
  • Des certifications pertinentes, telles que Cisco CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect ou CompTIA Security+, sont un atout
  • Le travail est prévu sur le site du client à Montréal
  • Nécessite de parler l’anglais et le français
  • Le travail peut s’effectuer par quart (jours, après-midi et soirs) selon les besoins.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide expert technical support in infrastructure services, responding to complex issues and inquiries.
  • Assist in the implementation of infrastructure projects and initiatives, executing assigned tasks.
  • Continuously monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure systems, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve infrastructure efficiency and resolve technical challenges.
  • Participate in the development of infrastructure documentation, including incident reports and configuration details.
  • Apply deep technical knowledge to address complex infrastructure-related problems.
  • Follow established best practices and standards in infrastructure service delivery.
  • Apply critical thinking and technical skills to find solutions to infrastructure issues.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
  • Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis
  • Proficiencies in data analysis and problem-solving
  • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
  • Previous DXC Technology experience is a plus

Other Qualifications:

  • An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
  • Relevant certifications, such as Cisco CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or CompTIA Security+, are a plus
  • All work will take place at the client site in Montreal
  • Requires English and French language
  • May be required to work shifts (days, afternoons, and evenings) as required.
