En effet, notre secteur de l’assurance individuelle est à la recherche d’un technicien ou d’une technicienne aux réclamations. À ce titre, vous traiterez plusieurs types de demandes telles que :

  • Préparer les dossiers de réclamations d’assurance individuelle ;
  • Identifier les éléments requis pour l’analyse du dossier ;
  • Faire le suivi des exigences et des documents requis ;
  • Saisir les informations dans le système avant de les transmettre aux analystes et saisir les décisions dans le système ;
  • Contacter les hôpitaux, cliniques médicales et registres provinciaux pour tout le Canada afin de recevoir les rapports médicaux et d’en assurer le suivi ;
  • Communiquer par écrit avec les clients et la force de vente afin de faire des suivis sur les différents dossiers.

Profil recherché:

  • Diplôme d’études collégiales dans un domaine pertinent
  • 2 ans d’expérience dans le domaine du service à la clientèle ou de l’assurance-vie (un atout)
  • Niveau de connaissance avancé de la langue anglaise puisque la personne sera amenée à communiquer quotidiennement avec des clients anglophones à travers le Canada par le biais de courriels et d’appels
