En tant qu'inspecteur (inspectrice) commercial, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la vérification et l’analyse des propriétés commerciales. Vous devrez inspecter des bâtiments pour évaluer leur état, leur conformité et leurs améliorations, tout en collaborant avec des professionnels pour garantir l’application des normes établies.

Responsabilités clés
  • Réaliser des inspections et relevés techniques et qualitatifs des immeubles commerciaux.
  • Vérifier les travaux effectués à la suite de permis de rénovation ou de nouvelles constructions.
  • Examiner l’état des propriétés conformément aux exigences légales tous les neuf ans.
  • Effectuer des inspections et enquêtes lors de la vente de propriétés.
  • Réaliser les calculs nécessaires à l’application des barèmes et des normes établis.
  • Mener des enquêtes sur les coûts de construction et assurer leur suivi.
  • Documenter avec précision les observations et préparer des rapports détaillés.
  • Assurer la conformité avec les normes de construction et les règlements en vigueur.
  • Maintenir à jour les bases de données d’évaluation foncière.
  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes et externes pour optimiser le processus d’évaluation.
Qualifications clés
  • Diplôme en évaluation foncière, génie civil, architecture ou dessin de bâtiments.
  • Minimum d’un an d’expérience pertinente dans un domaine connexe aux bâtiments.
  • Connaissance de base en construction commerciale (architecture, matériaux et normes).
  • Capacité à lire et interpréter des plans et devis.
  • Aisance dans l’utilisation d’outils informatiques.
  • Compétences analytiques et organisationnelles solides.
  • Aptitudes pour le travail en équipe et de façon indépendante.
  • Permis de conduire valide et accès à un véhicule personnel (remboursement des trajets de travail).
