The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing customer support, managing service cases, overseeing logistics, and training teams. The role requires bilingual skills and frequent travel for equipment installation.
Responsabilités du rôle
· Fournir un soutien à la clientèle sur place et à distance pour l’entretien courant des services et les exigences futures des clients.
· Chef de projet sur l’installation et la maintenance continue des services de Sharpsmart.
· Gérer les cas de services à l’aide de méthodes d’analyse de cause, d’effet et d’analyse.
· Planification et formation de la logistique sur place.
· Formation et orientation sur la mise en œuvre pour les équipes cliniques.
· Analyser les données, planifier et prévoir les exigences pour les entreprises nouvelles et existantes.
· Analyser et optimiser les inventaires pour améliorer l’efficacité des contrats.
· Fournir aux clients la familiarisation et la transmission des contrats de formation.
Le poste nécessite d'être bilingue (français/anglais) et de se déplacer constamment (dans les provinces du Québec, Nouvelle-Écosse, Nouveau-Brunswick et Manitoba) afin d'installer les équipements médicaux chez nos clients.
Role responsibilities
· Provide on-site and remote customer support for routine maintenance of services and future customer requirements.
· Project lead on installation and ongoing maintenance of Sharpsmart’s services.
· Manage service cases through cause, effect, analysis methods.
· On-site logistics scheduling, planning and training
· Implementation training and guidance to clinical teams
· Analyse data and plan and forecast requirements for new and existing business.
· Analyse and complete stock optimisation to improve contract efficiencies.
· Provide customer familiarisation and handover training of contracts.
Skills and Experience
- Compétences et expérience
- Au moins deux ans d’expérience dans un poste de prestation de services à la clientèle, de préférence dans le secteur de soins de santé.
- Une approche flexible du travail et des efforts pour “faire un effort supplémentaire” pour dépasser les attentes des clients.
- Capacité à gérer des projets et à résoudre des problèmes.
- Excellentes compétences en communication (verbale, écrite, écoute).
- Compréhension des programmes Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Compréhension de l’industrie des soins de santé.
- Permis de conduire valide.
- Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a customer facing service provision role preferably in the Healthcare sector
- A flexible approach to work and prepared 'go the extra mile' to exceed customer expectations
- Project management and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening)
- Understanding of Microsoft programmes (excel, word, power point)
- Understanding of the Health Care Industry
- Valid Driver's license
