Your role at Dash0As a Technical Writer, you will play a crucial role communicating our value to a broad technical audience. You will be responsible for creating compelling and technically accurate content that educates, informs, and inspires our users and the wider community.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain a wide range of content formats: technical guides, tutorials, use cases, blog posts, and whitepapers
Collaborate closely with the marketing & product team to help identify relevant topics and craft authentic, value-driven content
Stay up-to-date on trends and innovations across cloud infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, OpenTelemetry, metrics, tracing, logging, APM, security, and automation
Break down complex technical concepts into clear, accurate, and engaging content for various audiences (from beginners to experts)
Apply SEO best practices and ensure consistency and technical accuracy in your work
Contribute high-quality content to our documentation hubs, knowledge bases, or developer portals
You're a skilled and enthusiastic technical writer with a strong understanding of complex technical concepts and an ability to translate them into accessible content. You have:
2+ years of experience in technical writing or content creation for a B2B SaaS company, preferably in the cloud-native, observability, or developer tools space.
A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and engagingly.
Some experience in writing about complex technical topics such as cloud infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, OpenTelemetry, metrics, tracing, logging, APM, security, and automation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Familiarity with documentation tools and content management systems
Are proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Love working in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment
