Job Description

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in adult learning, instructional design, and multimedia development to design eLearning modules and digital training assets that align with organizational goals.

Your missions include ensuring the quality of design, production, and distribution of andragogic content, while overseeing document organization. Collaborating with product, marketing, technology, and training teams, you analyze documentation needs to various target audiences. Through AI you simplify complex technical concepts and transform them into clear and engaging educational resources.

Finally, you align with organizational objectives while considering your individual needs, living ISAAC’s values in your daily interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop eLearning modules and digital assets using AI and other tools
  • Apply instructional design methodologies
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to define learning objectives and target audiences
  • Transform complex content into clear, engaging, and learner friendly materials
  • Develop assessments and multimedia elements (graphics, quizzes, animations, videos guides, manuals and FAQs) for internal and external audiences
  • Conduct testing and refine content based on feedback
  • Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning strategies and training-documentation processes.

Qualifications

  • University degree in education, in instructional design, educational technology, adult education, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in multimedia, digital learning, or eLearning development.
  • Proficiency with Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate
  • Experience in integrating multimedia technologies and AI tools in learning environments
  • Professional proficiency in French and English (Reason: multilingual external clientele)
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills in a cross-functional environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment

Assets

  • Knowledge of AI-Copilot 365, Schoox, Salesforce, Visio 365, UX writing, Wrike
  • Certificate in instructional design or adult education is an asset.
