LMArena is hiring a highly collaborative Technical Recruiter to help scale a world-class team. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to candidates and hiring leaders, build repeatable recruiting practices, advance inclusive hiring, support employer brand efforts, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

What you’ll do
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify role outcomes, success profiles, and interview plans; prioritize reqs against business goals.

  • Run full-cycle recruiting: kickoff → JD refinement → sourcing → assessment → debriefs → offer → close.

  • Build pipelines via targeted sourcing (passive outreach, talent communities, events, referrals, and thoughtful job posts).

  • Maintain a structured, fair process: define competencies, calibrate rubrics, and uphold a consistent candidate experience.

  • Hold a relentless drive for excellence in every stage—calibrating rubrics, tightening loops, and continuously improving the funnel.

  • Track and improve funnel health (speed, quality, diversity signals); report weekly and quarterly progress with clear narrative and metrics.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into clear hiring plans, profiles, and processes.

  • Experience collaborating across functions and influencing stakeholders at pace.

  • Expertise at hiring across a range of technical skill sets.

  • Fluency with structured interviewing, competency rubrics, and recruiting analytics

  • Commitment to inclusive hiring and candidate experience.

  • A relentless drive for excellence—raising the bar on candidate quality, process rigor, and stakeholder experience.
