Position Summary

You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering integrations, automation, and data solutions that actually move the needle for our clients.

That means you’ll go beyond writing requirements. You’ll stay engaged end-to-end, supporting design, testing, and delivery to make sure what’s built truly delivers value.

This is a hybrid role based in Toronto, requiring at least two days per week in the office.Who Is Our Ideal Candidate?

  • Collaborative Communicator: You thrive in cross-functional teams, communicate openly, and take full ownership of your deliverables.
  • End-to-end accountability: you don’t just stop at requirements. You stay engaged through delivery, testing, and implementation to make sure the client’s needs are truly met.

In short: you’re not just here to “check the technical boxes.” You’re here to deliver value and have an impact, bringing together deep technical expertise and a people-first mindset to deliver solutions that last.
